I. Data Controller. Who will process your data?

II. Purposes. What is your data needed for?

We will use your data to be able to send you the information and/or quotes that you have requested from us, in the manner in which you have indicated, including e-mail or equivalent media, within the deadlines indicated by you for this purpose.

It is possible that one of the processing procedures is the sending of commercial communications by e-mail to inform you about our products and services. Remember that you can always object to this purpose at any time.

III. Timeframes. How long will we keep your data for?

The data you give us to request information, as well as to request a quote or offer, may be kept for at least their validity period, requesting your consent at the time of collection to keep them for a maximum period of one year. Remember that you can always object to or revoke this consent.

The data collected for the provision of a service, or those generated during its maintenance, will be blocked when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Said blocking will mean that your data will be kept solely at the disposal of the Public Administrations, Judges and Courts so that this entity can deal with any possible responsibilities arising from the processing during the expiry period thereof. Once these periods have elapsed, your data will be deleted.

IV. Legitimacy. Why do we need your data and possible opposition to processing?

The processing we carry out is based on your consent. Remember that you can always revoke or object later. Under no circumstances is the performance of the contract or contracts that you wish to enter into subject to, or conditional on, obtaining said consents for additional purposes.

Recipients Who will handle your data?

Only KAELTIA COMPLIANCE SERVICES, SLU will process the data you provide us with by this means. There will be no transfers of data to third parties, nor international transfers thereof.

Rights What are your data protection rights?

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether KAELTIA COMPLIANCE SERVICES, SLU is processing personal data that concerns you and, should this be the case, you have the right to access your personal data and the additional information referred to in art. 15.1 of the Spanish Data Protection Regulation.

You also have the right to request the rectification of any inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, amongst other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, you have withdrawn your consent or any other cases, according to the provisions of articles 16 and 17 of the Data Protection Regulation

You have the right to file any claim to the competent supervisory authority, which, in Spain, is deemed to be the Spanish Data Protection Agency, without prejudice to the powers held by other autonomous or supranational entities in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and national regulations.

You have the right to request the portability of the data that you have provided to us, to receive them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer them to another controller, in accordance with article 20 of the Data Protection Regulation.

Under certain circumstances and for reasons related with your specific situation, you may also object to the processing of your data, particularly for processing related with profiling or automated decisions. In these cases, KAELTIA COMPLIANCE SERVICES, SLU will stop processing the data, unless there are compelling, legitimate reasons, or exercising or defending any possible claims, all in accordance with article 21 of the Data Protection Regulation.

In cases of decisions based solely on automated decisions which produce legal effects on you or which significantly affect you in a similar way to said legal effects, you have the right to obtain human intervention in said decision, as well as to express your point of view and if you wish you may challenge such decision.
