Very High Concern (SVHCs)<\/strong> are a <strong>group of chemical substances<\/strong> regulated under<strong> the European Union\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/kaeltia.com\/en\/kaeltia-service\/reach-y-clp\/\">REACH<\/a> regulatory framework<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Their classification means that they pose a serious<strong> risk to human health or the environment<\/strong>, which is why the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) subjects them to strict control and monitoring.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Classification_criteria_for_SVHCs\"><\/span>Classification criteria for SVHCs<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>For a substance to be included on the <strong>Candidate List of
